Favorite artist
My favorite artist is Vincent Van Gogh, mostly because he painted starry night. He was born in 1853. He is Dutch and paints a lot. His artwork impacted 20th century art. His works include, portraits, self portraits, landscapes, and still life's.

Artist Statement
to me, art means way ore than paint on a canvas. it is every design that man kind has created from the first wheel to the Statue of Liberty or sky scrapers that are 100s of stories high. art is anything that the earth did not already create. and even then, earth is still such a beauty that it is considered art as well.
